Membership is available to decision makers from all walks of the property sector including investors, landlords, developers and professional service providers. 
 
Membership is transferable so that if you are unable to attend an event a co-director may attend in your place. 
 
Annual membership of The Property Catalyst Club is £400.00 + VAT and includes: 

• Attendance at up to 4 Property Catalyst Club Lunch events during that year 
• An invitation for an appropriate director level guest free of charge at each event * 
• Regular information regarding current opportunities and deals 
• Introduction to specialist industry professionals 
• Priority invitations to exclusive Property Catalyst Club educational events

* Guest places available on a first-come basis dependant on event capacity 
 
Guests may attend one event before deciding to join.
